Veroni built its US presence through Costco and specialty distribution with the Mortadella di Bologna IGP and a clean-label Italian deli range. The mortadella deserves attention: properly produced (pork shoulder + back fat lardelli + pistachios as nature intended), IGP-certified, and one of the most widely available authentic mortadellas in American retail.
Other line items (sliced salami, prosciutto, capocollo) are competent industrial-scale Italian work — not the artisanal tier of small producers but reliably from approved Italian regions with proper labeling.
